Phase 11.7

Engineering Launch Readiness

Phase 11.7 verifies the Engineering platform before production promotion: calculator coverage, formula clarity, safety language, sitemap/index-control, documentation, and deployment handoff.

Engineering safety reminder

Engineering calculators on ToolsBing are for educational planning, preliminary estimation, and decision support only. They do not replace licensed engineers, building codes, manufacturer specifications, safety standards, professional drawings, site inspections, or regulatory requirements.

Launch readiness checks

Ready

Engineering cluster coverage

Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, and HVAC & Energy calculator hubs are public, linked, and routed through the Engineering platform.

Ready

Formula and unit clarity

Engineering outputs include unit-aware result language, formula notes, assumptions, and SI/Imperial guidance.

Ready

Safety-sensitive disclaimer review

Structural, electrical, HVAC, manufacturing, energy, pressure, load, and installation-related estimates remain framed as planning guidance, not professional certification.

Ready

Internal linking

Engineering hub links to all clusters, decision center, comparison hub, platform foundation, and quality gate pages.

Ready

Sitemap and index-control

Public engineering pages are listed; internal docs, manifests, and QA files remain out of the public index.

Ready

Responsive layout

Engineering cards, tool grids, formula panels, and calculator input layouts use responsive shared components.

Ready

Release documentation

Phase README, QA report, release manifest, and changelog entries are included for handoff.

Deployment handoff checklist

  1. Upload the Phase 11.7 package to staging before replacing production files.
  2. Open Engineering Intelligence, all five engineering cluster hubs, Decision Center, Calculator Comparisons, Launch Readiness, and Calculator Audit pages.
  3. Test at least one calculator from each engineering cluster on desktop and mobile.
  4. Confirm engineering result cards show units, assumptions, safety language, and related calculator links.
  5. Regenerate or submit the sitemap after deployment if the production environment does not do this automatically.
  6. Review Search Console after deployment for crawl, canonical, and indexing warnings.
  7. Keep engineering calculation outputs labeled as planning estimates and not final design, code, installation, or safety approval.

Release decision

The Engineering platform is ready for controlled staging review. Production deployment should still include real-device testing, representative calculator checks, and review of safety-sensitive engineering language.
